On the show Wednesday, guest Michael Donnelly from the Home School Legal Defense Association is on the discuss the troubling case of the Romeikes, a German family who came to the U.S. seeking political asylum from their country's anti-homeschooling laws. Unfortunately, the Obama administration via Attorney General Eric Holder is actively seeking to deport them, denying that homeschooling is a fundamental human right.
